Dynamic Kickboxing Academy will be starting a basic fitness class for people who would like to start getting fit. This class is suitable for beginner fitness levels commencing on Tuesday and Thursday 14th and 16th of February from 10am-11pm the first 2 classes of this week will be free :-) we will also be starting Dynamites Kickboxing on the same dates from 3pm- 3.45pm which is suitable for 3-5 year old's this class will be a fun introduction to kickboxing for little warriors where the focus will be on coordination, balance, flexibility confidence and more fun :-) anybody interested in doing these classes could you please pm me, limited places available:-) Thank you!!!!

Junior Nak Muay are the future of the sport and with Muay Thai getting provisional recognition by the olympic council it won't be long before Muay Thai athletes will be competing in the Olympics...
