With almost 50 years’ experience (yep we’ve been around for a while) in the dairy business, we have become renowned for leading standards in production, hygiene and quality, while still retaining traditional values.
Wexford Creamery is your local dairy which delivers milks, cream and award winning cheeses all over County Wexford as well as some surrounding areas every day. Recipe: • 2 cups of blueberries • 1 cup Wexford Creamery Low fat Milk • 1 1/2 cup oats • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract • 1 banana • 1 tsp. Honey. Add toppings of your choice!
Does anyone else just need comfort food today?
Throwback Thursday. Try our retro strawberry milk recipe! 1. Boil 1 cup of chopped strawberries, 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of sugar for 10 minutes. 2. Strain the mixture into a cup. 3. Add 1.5 cups of Wexford milk into the strained liquid and stir. 4. Place in the fridge to cool for an hour and Enjoy!
