On Wed 3rd of January EA CIRCUITS will hold a fundraising fitness class in support of NEW ROSS RIVER SEARCH & RESCUE in the New Ross Youth Centre. New Ross River Search & Rescue are a local voluntary group which set up in New Ross in 1980’s. "Our mission is to serve the people of New Ross and surrounding areas when needed most.We will endeavour to rescue and recover to the best of our abilities using all methods within our parameters" They currently have 13 members and are on call 24/7 if and when needed. New Ross Garda Station is their point of contact - if you require their assistance please call 051-426030 https://www.facebook.com/newrossriversearchandrescue/ The organisation is dependent on local fundraising, donations and as you may be aware the charity shop they operate in Woodbine Business Park. They receive no government funding. Monies go towards the upkeep of their rescue boats, diesel, equipment & suits for the volunteers. The class will be €8 per person (all of which will be donated), and any additional contribution made would be much appreciated. If you dont wish to partake in the class, but would like to contribute, please drop by and make a donation on the night. We would like to thank the Youth Centre & Mons.
