facebook.comHey all. As some of you already know, there is a club fundraiser happening on November 2nd in the Bridge Hotel in the way of a darts exhibition with World champion Gary Anderson. There are general admission tickets priced at €15 and also meet and greet tickets priced at €30 now available to purchase. They can be got at the club bar, by contacting Kenny Stafford on 0876161222 or people can pay at the door on the night. DJ and late bar will follow the exhibition so a great night is expected. Big day tomorrow for the Waterford Seniors as they take on Clare in the National Hurling League final, best wishes to all involved and hopefully the Deise will be celebrating tomorrow night, if you can't make it to Thurles the game will be on the big screen in the club and from 7 onwards there promises to be great crack with host Dick Roche providing the entertainment with his unique brand of fun and games ! Up the Deise !
There is a special benefit night on in the club tomorrow night in aid of the Irish Cancer Society, this night is being organised by the Bowe family in memory of their late father Danny who sadly passed away in January, Danny was such a well known figure both in the club and in the wider community and he is still sadly missed, this promises to be a great night with music from Tommy Comerford and spot prizes on the night , tickets at 5 euro can be got from any family member, behind the bar and on the door on the night with proceedings getting underway at eight.
Big game tomorrow where the Deise take on All Ireland Champions Kilkenny in Walsh Park at two, following the game why not call up for a post match chat and drink with music from 5 till seven !
