Teaching yoga to adults in the Westmeath area I teach yoga classes to adults in the Mullingar/ Greater Mullingar area. Particular interest in hatha, flow, yin yoga and yoga nidra. Also run workshops in Womb Yoga for women's pelvic health. Willing to travel within a 30 mile radius. Mats and blocks provided. Fully insured. Registered with Yoga Alliance. 200 hour RYT training completed in 2014 with The Yoga Room, Dublin.

facebook.comJoin me at 6.15 this evening for 1 hour of YIN yoga for releasing tightness in the NECK.. The muscles of our jaw are some of the strongest in the body for their size. When they become tight, then everything in the upper part of the spine tightens, our stress levels increase, and the neck becomes even tighter. Leave the class feeling like you have the long and supple neck of a giraffe! Suitable for ALL levels....

YIN for a supple SPINE....tonight 6.15 to 7.15 Our focus for tonight's class will be releasing tension along the spine, particularly in the mid-back which can be quite rigid. So expect lots of mild backbends, forward folds and twists! - Pay as you go €10. Suitable for ALL levels.
It will be all about the HIPS this morning! We'll start with some pranayama, followed by an active flow to warm us up. Then we'll move into more static stretches, which will take the hips into the 6 directions available to them (not as scary as it sounds!) 10.30 to 11.45. All welcome!
1 hour of YIN Yoga with me tonight at 6.15 Tonight's focus will be the ADRENALS, which become taxed during periods of stress, working long hours or during life changes. We will use yin postures to help regulate our adrenals with supported backbends and gentle forward folds.... Come join us for the hour!
Class this morning as usual, 10.30 to 11.45 We will be focusing on the LOWER BACK - postures to release chronic tension in your pelvis and hips. All welcome. Pay as you go!
