Short 15 min drive to Ireland's oldest city - Waterford, home to the famous Waterford Crystal and well worth a visit. The City is also steeped in Viking history. An hour from Kilkenny and its Castle and lovely cobbled streets. The Rock of Cashel, Cahir, Blarney Stone and much much more, all within driving distance. The Passage East Car Ferry is a 15 min drive away and takes 5 min to ferry you to the County of Wexford and its many attractions - the stunning Hook Head Peninsula or visit the Saltee Islands from Kilmore Quay and its unique bird sanctuary.
