This sugar content in coffee seems like a hot topic this week... Personally, I don't like coffee flavoured sugary milk drinks, only black or with a small bit of milk in it. I always get a kick out of it when I make a cup of black speciality coffee and hand it over to a friend or visitor with the order "try it like it is and you can add milk/sugar if you REALLY need to". Without fail, every time they respond before tasting "uggghhh ok, but I really need sugar (somethings milk)" and instantly then after taking a sip.... "wow, that is so sweet/smooth/tasty/good/some other positive reaction". That is why I love speciality coffee. Small batch (usually) roasters working really hard to find coffees and meticulously creating the best roasting profile for it... result! One of the reasons I wanted to start Blooming Brew... Sharing with people something they don’t know they want yet. Jeff - BloomingBrew.com #bloomingbrilliant #specialitycoffee #microroasters
