TFB Spotlight: Tosh Barry - The Fundamental Body

***Member Spotlight - Tosh Barry*** My first impression was great. I really enjoy the workouts around the weights and seeing progress being made with the help of Ciaran and the other guys and girls in the gym encouraging you on. The 3 evenings a week were a bit of a struggle with 4 kids at home and I was on the verge of quitting, feeling bad getting in from work and then heading out to the gym. My wife Mary told me to stick at it and after having a chat with Ciaran he said he would give the early morning classes a go which I find great and a year on I'm still there.. A few shots from one of the 6:30am class this week (which we run Monday to Friday) Last week of a conditioning cycle before next week where we'll primary focusing on strength and building some much needed and desired muscle. The stronger you are the more demand you can place on your body when you do the conditioning (you know, the part that gets you all sweaty and out of breath and very good for fat loss). If you'd like to learn how to lift weights correctly and get stronger in a super friendly & supportive environment, these bunch are are get lot to do it with.
