Legs & Conditioning Night at NGS Trim in preparation for Sunday’s open Day / Next Generation Athlete Competition! Come down from 11am- 3pm for a chat, some food and to cheer on the competitors! Meet athletes Darren O’Sullivan (Kerry) and Micky Burke (Meath) See You Sunday Guys 😃🙌🏻

We want to welcome everyone to our open day in trim on the 3rd of December. On the day there will be food provided and speciality coffees and juices from fuji in mullingar. We have meath legend Mickey Burke and Darren O' Sullivan as special guests on the day. Kids and adults can test themselves on the highest level of testing equipment on the day in both sprinting and jumping. We have lots of prizes and give aways on the day also for those who want to try it out. Throughout the day our first public competition is taking place in the gym for everyone to see also and show support to those taking part. You can still register by private mail for this competition. Competition starts at 11 We would really like to get as many as possible to come and find out what we do and see the premises we have on offer. Hope to see you all there.
