A reminder to any pregnant ladies, if you have any signs of labour overnight, the advice is to make your way to hospital sooner rather than later in case of any delays in getting to hospital. Wonder will there be any baby Ophelias born in Kerry??

First case of flu seen today. Glad to already be vaccinated. Reminding anyone who hasn’t had it and is in the at risk groups, or anyone else who wishes to get it, to please make an appointment to get your flu vaccine.
