Thank you to each and every one of you. Remember Wednesday 1st of February we are having our official opening. Food, wine and much more on the night and for 1 day only..... €450 for an annual adult membership. Come by and meet Keiran Donaghey and the warriors as they help us open the gym and all are welcome to come.

Due to the huge demand on pilates we are putting on an extra class on monday and thursday. So now there will be Pilates at 9am and again at 10am on Mondays It will be on thursdays at 6pm and 7pm. Max class size 12. 1st come first serve or call ahead to book in. This will allow our instructor to give appropriate time for everyone during the class.

***NEW FITNESS CLASS SCHEDULE*** Added now- extra spinning and Zumba classes. NEW - Pilates and Strength & Conditioning while all our regular classes are all still there. All classes are FREE for members and only €8 for non members. Classes begin Monday 9th.

With 2016 in the rear view mirror now its time to look forward. All our staff are out to make the impossible possible. We are starting our 9 transformations soon but we want all our members on a similar goal. So we need you to think about your health and fitness goal and once you have it, tell one of our trainers, set a deadline and leave us do all the thinking and organising.
