8 years of helping to build a better YOU. July 25th 2011 a day when Hercules gym open a doors. The times were hard, one of the biggest recessions in human history , businesses, including gyms, were massively closing down. Uncertainty, insecurity paralyzed a whole nation. But we knew that a strong body can build a strong mind and we believed in idea of opening a different gym, with different equipment and different personal touch. It was risky, challenging but worth it. We can proudly say we changed a fitness industry in town, brought it to a new level and we never lower our standard. We grew from 18 piece of equipment to over 100, bringing quality and variety of training that is vital for any progress. So many success stories of our members from simple goals like losing a weight to wining national fitness competition. No other gym is even close to that record. So many times we were attacked by other gyms trying to put us of the market, but we stood strong and kept on doing what we good at – changing peoples life’s from negative to positive, creating success stories and instilling a right mental attitude. A lot of credit goes to our outstanding personal trainers that are by mile the best in industry with their knowledge, personal and client’s achievements and ability to lead by example.
