S14 Stainless Dump pipe with damaged threads for the lambda sensor... Cut out the old damaged threads/boss. Tig welded in a new thread/boss to take the sensor..👍🏻

This Alloy came in after hitting a stone on the road. We repaired the buckle from the stone impact and then fully cut out the crack and prepped for welding. It was fully Tig Welded on both sides,sanded down and painted. It was then checked again on our machine for any signs of distortion from welding which there was none.👍🏻👍🏻

Aluminium Sump Repair. This Sump cracked from over tightening. We cut into the crack and fully tig welded. Sanded down the Repair and re tapped the hole to fit the Sump bolt. 👍🏻
