Black Dragon Tipperary had a great day of kickboxing at Peter Foley’s, I.K.F Junior Kickboxing Tournament held in Corrandulla, Galway. Very well run tournament, and the new I.K.F. Medals are just fantastic looking. Antonio Rea had a great demo fight, taking home a gold medal. Alex Roche had a great fight taking home a draw and a gold medal. Alex also had a demo fight shortly after taking home a second gold medal for himself. Erika Ryan had another great fight and won taking home a gold medal. Luke Gibson had a fantastic fight, this was Luke’s first fight and won taking home a gold medal. 5 gold medals well done lads, super proud of ye 👊👊👊👊

Grading will be held in the club Monday the 19th of March at 12pm to 2:30pm. Best of luck to the lads grading for there, Orange Belt, Green Belts and Blue Belts. Anyone Grading must be Training Regular, Show Improvement in Techniques and Fitness, Have a Good Attitude In Class And a Good Attitude Outside of The Club, and must show Respect for the Martial Art they are learning. This helps to ensure that standards are kept high 👊

Black Dragon Tipperary, had a great day at Paul O Brien’s Kickboxing show held in Limerick yesterday. It was a fantastic show. Congratulations to Antonio Rea, newly crowned I.K.F. Irish Full Contact Kickboxing Champion. And well done to Antonio’s opponent Alex Cooke, great fight lads. I am super proud of Antonio, on how he conducts himself in and outside of the ring. A true champion 👏👏👊👊. Well done to Alex Roche, Alex had a great fight against Niall Power. Both lads showed great kickboxing skills, Alex got the win, well done to Niall Power excellent fight lads 👊👊. Well Done to Dylan Ralph, Dylan had a tough fight and he’s opponent Bohdan Stek took the win, well done Bohdan. Super proud of my 3 lads, ye all done great, thanks lads 😊👊👊👊👏😁👏

Antonio Rea will be fighting for an I.K.F. Junior Full Contact Irish Title on Sunday the 11th of March, at Paul O Brien’s Kickboxing Show, MID - WEST VS THE REST. Held in the Radisson Blu Hotel, Limerick City, doors open at 2:30pm. Antonio Rea will be sponsored by Mark Price at Black Dragon Kickboxing Club Tipperary, for this title fight. Alex Roche and Dylan Ralph from Black Dragon Tipperary will also be fighting on this show. This is going to be a fantastic show, showcasing the top kickboxing talent in the country. This is a show not to be missed, tickets are available or you can pay at the door.
