REIKI is a Japanese therapy for relaxation that also promotes healing. It comes from two Japanese words Rei-Higher Power and Ki-Life force energy. It is a spiritual practise designed to boost ones life force energy, treating the person as a whole, mind, body, spirit and emotions. It works well alongside traditional medicine to help the body heal itself or to relieve stress.

RAHANNI means "of one heart" and is a gentle yet effective therapy that heals very deeply at the heart level. It works on the pink ray of light. Rahanni balances masculine and feminine energies. It can release negative energies and fears which accumulate from challenging experiences. Rahanni can help with any physical, mental or emotional pain.

I. E. T. (Integrated Energy Therapy) works to relieve energy blocks in the body. These blocks can be left behind by traumatic or negative experiences. These energy blocks can effect how we experience life, causing a feeling of unrest, energy depletion, agitation or dis-ease. I.E.T. targets specific areas in the body where the blocks are stored and releases them on all levels physical, emotional, spiritual and mental.
