Next Generation Fitness is the newest training facility in the D24 area, offering personal training, buddy training, group sessions and classes. Next Generation Fitness is owned by Matt Boyle and Ian Synnott, between them they have over 25 years experience in the fitness industry.
Matt has been working in gyms and has been personal training since he was 18, he has always had an avid interest in the fitness industry and has gone on to compete in fitness competitions.
Ian like Matt started working in gyms from a young age, furthering his knowledge to work as a personal trainer and also a neuromuscular therapist. Ian also now lectures on many of the fitness courses that are presently being run in dublin.
Next Generation Fitness is the newest training facility in the D24 area, offering personal training, buddy training, group sessions, classes, pilates and nutritional consultations.
We also have an Injury Clinic offering neuromuscular therapy, physical therapy and sports massage.

These six week courses will be taken by myself, Matt Boyle and Ian Synnott. Their are already a few places gone on each course. Check out details below 👌🏻. Myself and Ian will take care of everything. All you have to do is show up twice a week. Monday's and Wednesday's 6pm-7pm (ladies) & Tuesday's and Thursday's 6pm-7pm (gents). Third session is available on Saturday mornings. The course will consist of; •Two/three small group training sessions per week •Nutritional plan •Full body measurements •Check ins to monitor progress •Before and after photos (optional). •Price is €150 and instalment option is available ***IMPORTANT!!! It will mainly focus on "The Fence" and "Pre-emptive" striking. (Other topics will be covered, see below). The fence is such an integral part of Hard Target. In fact, it's the bed rock of the system. The technique itself could one day help you get out of a potentially dangerous situation. For me, it's my go to/frontline in any potential violent situation. The topics covered over the 6 weeks will be: * The Fence * Pre-Emption * Understanding body language prior to conflict * Knowing when and how to strike * Situational Awareness * Self Protection Game Plan * Self Defence and the law in Ireland * Fear - understanding the psychological and physiological effects of adrenaline Remember we don't train for sport or competition. You'll be taught simple and effective techniques.
