We are so lucky here at Kinsale College to have a fantastic permaculture department who team up each year for a day with our healthcare department so our healthcare students can learn the medicinal benefits of plants and 'garden therapy'. For any healthcare students hoping to aspire to a career as an activities coordinators this can be a valuable learning tool.
