Zest Flex run by Derek Brown, a passion for fitness carried through all that Derek does. A qualified personal trainer with over eight years industry experience and professional massage therapist you are in skilled hands. Derek is also working towards becoming a Physical Therapist.
Zest Flex currently offer a bespoke program for personal training, utilizing TRX suspension exercises, kettlebell and resistance training and a range of free weights. Zest Flex as with all that Zest does is about obtaining results.
Massage therapy and associated treatments are also core to Zest Flex. Deep tissue massage, Sports & general injury treatment, injury prevention therapy plus manual lymphatic drainage available at our clinic.
