IT Sligo's Knocknarea Arena offers fantastic sporting facilities for students and staff, as well as members of the public. As a multi-purpose venue, it caters for large scale to smaller private events. To hire out this venue for your event, please contact the Facilities Manager, or any of our professional members of staff at the Knocknarea Arena.

Fridays: 8am - 9pm
Weekends: 9.30am - 4pm

Lunchtime Yoga @ IT Sligo - Starts February! Get rid of your desk hunch, chair slouch or 3pm slump with a lunchtime yoga class in IT Sligo's Knocknarea Arena! Why Do Yoga? * Yoga helps improve poor posture and alleviate back problems * Yoga helps you relax and 'be in the now' * Increased energy levels equal increased productivity * Fitting exercise into your day means more free time in the evening Monday 5th February 1-2pm (every week until Easter) Happy back yoga class: a gentle class suitable for anyone who wants to focus on releasing tension from their neck, shoulders and back. Wednesday 7th February 1-2pm (every week until Easter) Energy yoga: the class theme changes weekly and will give you a buzz for the rest of the day. Suitable for all levels.
