30 minute workouts in our studio in sligo will ensure you meet weight loss goals sásta is a treadmill-based fitness pod which utilises vacuum technology.
Clients wear a special suit which seals the vacuum from the waist down resulting in the creation of a negative pressure which accelerates fat burn. Working out on the sásta fitness pod also results in improved blood circulation in lower body parts which are naturally prone to excessive fat deposits such as the abdomen, hips, buttocks and thighs.

Finding it hard to feel lighter and less sluggish? Are you snacking at work? Throughout the day all those little hidden snacks may seem like nothing.. BUT they can make you gain up to 3 stone in a year if you continue 😳😳 According to research by food brand Kallo, the average woman consumes an extra 100,000 – yes, that's ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND – calories each year by eating unhealthy snacks like crisps, chocolate and sugary drinks. Is the word 'oops' springing into anyone else's mind right about now? We know what it's like when cake appears in the staff room! They worked this out by asking 1,000 women to reveal how many extra calories' worth of snacks they ate every day at work. It turned out they were consuming an average of 2,240 cals in treats each week, adding up to that terrifying total over a whole year of snacking 😁 Speaking about the findings, consultant dietician Helen Bond said an extra 3,500 calories a week, or 500 a day, means you put on an extra pound of fat.' And, if you gain a pound of fat every week for 45 working weeks of the year, that adds up to three stone 😮 So keep that snacking in check as it can all add up very quickly! 🙌 A little reality check for you .. Keeping a food diary will help you recognize these habits 💚
