NCPD - the National Council for People with Disabilities Limited (known as the "Members Company") has also NCPD - The National Council for (the Status of) People with Disabilities Limited (known as the Charitable Company) - and are made up of people with disabilities, their family, advocates and carers, and diversely arranged Independent Networks local and regional user groups run by, for and controlled by People with Disabilities) and was registered with the Companies Registration Office on 18th July 2012 made up of members and networks formerly in the Irish Council of People with Disabilities (originally unincorporated then Company Number 303215, then succeeded by People with Disabilities in Ireland Ltd is Company 324125 – Government funding ceased 31st December 2011 and thus after filing of 2011 accounts due to be de-registered). We are a new separate legal identity with a strong independent ethos working from the principles of ICPD. Very worrying 5 years n still mobility grant scheme is available for some but not others

And still 4 yrs without mobility allowance... Frozen cos of wording Irish gov said. . Cant sort it bit can give all TD's €4000 rise n Billy lawless €29,000 he doesn't even live here!! This delay in payment of mob allow is a human right issue...we're prisoners in our own home
