Transformation 1 minute. These photos are taking within a minute apart the only difference is my pose. The power of how you hold yourself in front of a camera can change how you look, a huge amount. So next time you see someone on Instagram looking super fit just remember this they probably can not breathe for those few seconds of the picture being taking 😂 so just relax and only take note of your own improvements as we never know what is behind the camera 👌🏼❤️ p.s excuse the socks and shoes 😂😂🙈
