I am pleased to present to you - our new Manager/Head Chef. His name is Ludo and he is from Slovakia . Ludo will begin to work with us in January 2017. He has huge experience of working in the kitchen, for many years he worked as a Chef in Ireland. An additional plus is - Ludo is a trained as Pastry Chef, so maybe sometimes he would prepare a delicious dessert... I hope so :) Magda
