Description
People come back time and time again for peace, relaxation, open fires and wonderful cooking and chat. Ross House as you see it today was built between 1880 – 1890 and stands on 120 acres of mixed farmland. It is a house full of character and is renowned for its good food, peat fires and a warm welcome.
The Old Ross House, which is still standing, is L shaped dated from 1780 and is surrounded by cow fields, byres and breathtaking countryside. The owners Oriel and Nicholas Hill-Wilkinson have been putting up guests in the utmost comfort for more than 20 years. The welcome book says it all. People come back time and time again for peace, relaxation and wonderful cooking.
