Wowzer that was an epic session this evening, the legs really did get hit hard.. 😯😯😯 Well done to ye all ladies it was a super tough one but we made it!!!! So reluctantly I bought this crap for my kids pancakes.. The "nutritional" information is shocking... 56g of sugar per 100g the jar is 400g so × 56 by 4 = 227.2g....... 😠😠😠😠 So if your child has a 15g serving = 8.5 gs on their bread (sometimes it could be more spread on the bread if your child makes it!) and probably 2 sandwiches per day that's 17g of added sugar. A child's daily allowance of added sugar is 3-5g depending on age... That would be 4.5 times OVER that probably before dinner time. ALWAYS READ THE BACK OF THE PRODUCT FOR SUGARS FAT ETC.... This jar is being f**ked out ASAP..

*******Some Sunday motivation********👌 Please have a read I've often shared transformation stories of weightloss etc which are fantastic but here's one of a lady who amazes me everyday. Her name is Marie and when i met her in the summer of last year she was a very nervous, shy timid lady with not much confidence.. She joined LOL, and began training 3 times per week with her gym buddy Geraldine who has been a massive support for her.. She slowly began to gain some confidence and came out if her shell abit and we'd have great chats about everything and anything! Today Marie trains up to 5 times a week and sometimes on her own (which is something she never would of dreamt off) and has gained a huge amount if confidence not just in herself but her training too, she can do 3 long arm chin up unassisted!!! She really takes on everything that I throw at her in her programs too, and loves the challenge.... It's just proof how exercise can change our state of mind and well being for the better and it's a true saying that 'it's a natural high'.... I am just amazed by her everyday and am so very proud to be part of her journey... Well done Marie... We hope her story can inspire others out there who lack self esteem and confidence. #veryproud #confidence #endorphens #LOL Here it is in her own words...

So ladies we had our last night of our Don't Believe Me Just Squat Challenge and the progress all my ladies have made is very inspiring.... Last night they all hit personal bests in their squat, dead lift and bench press..... Day one their Squat was 2 10kg Kettle bells = 20kg Last night their back squat was 65kg x 2 reps ( 3 for some!) Day 1 Dead lift 2 14Kg Kettle bells = 28kg Last Night Dead lift was a massive 70kg x 2 (3 for some!) Day 1 DB press 2 x 8kg dumbbells Last night 35kg Bench press x 4 (6 for Brid) With a natural progression and excellent form on each technique and with consistency these ladies smashed it out of the bag!!!!! They also perfected the full push-up and improved overall strength, and massive amounts of confidence.. I am very proud of what they have achieved within the 6 weeks.... Well done Ladies...... Now we are starting our new Challenge Monday at 7 pm and I have 1 more place if anyone is interested send me a PM.... **You must have some experience with some form of resistance training or have trained for a year or more please. :)
