So today I decided after mother & baby group I would go for a walk ,get out of house ,clear my head & keep mental health in check ... unfortunately for me Cork is built on hills so going down I was running & coming up I was crawling . It didn't help it was raining ,hailing, wind was against me , paths are broke to pieces and dog poo everywhere ! Even so I feel better for just getting out ❤
