New Cuidiu antenatal classes starting in Waterford city next month! All moms, dads and birth partners are welcome. These small groups are an ideal way to prepare for birth and the early postpartum days with the newborn baby. Its a great alternative to a hospital class and the hands-on skills you learn is great for experienced parents needing a refresher too. Too soon for you in your pregnancy? Sign up for the next class in May 2018.

Cuidiu provides support to parents through bumps & babes/ toddler groups, breastfeeding support groups, parent to parent support and much more.
