Our class for 4 - 6 yr olds KBX Kids continues today at 5:30 - 6:15 It's a fun class incorporating games and kickboxing. The benefits for your child are improved balance, coordination and confidence. Teaches self defence, discipline and respect. New members always welcome 👊
