facebook.comNew favourite exercise 💪 My ego took a hit in terms of weight lifted 😅😂 Replacing the standing overhead press with this has 1) reduced lower back stress 2) eliminated any recruitment of the legs 3) Allowed for a slower eccentric phase (improving time under tension) 4) A more controlled movement about the joint I'd recommend this unsupported variant over using a inclined bench as with this the majority of the muscle fibre recruitment is from the anterior deltoid instead of your upper pec 💪 Shoulder Press don't Incline Press 👌 if you can take the ego hit 👀👀 #cmgsandc #strengthandconditioning #shoulderworkout #shoulderexercise #shoulderpress #homegym #improveperformance
