Guess who's coming to Nenagh? Headlining the new Nenagh Castlefest on June 24th - two of Ireland's finest talents Mundy and Paddy Casey with friends! This will be a free open-air family-friendly event to be held in the intimate setting of the grounds of the iconic Nenagh Castle. So tell your friends and family - let's bring them all home! Plenty for all tastes over the weekend June 23rd to 25th - trad sessions and workshops, historical walking tours, street entertainment, the People's Picnic in the Castle field. Well that was some weekend! The first ever Nenagh TradFest came to an end with a fantastic session with our friends from Leeds Comhaltas in The Dapp Inn last night. Apart from the excellent tunes, we had singing, dancing and even whistling at one stage. A great way to end the festival. Thank you to all who liked, shared and posted photos etc. We'll keep posting pics etc and if you have any you want to share, please feel free to post yourself.
