Just back from a wonderful night of theatre in the Schoolyard Theatre Charleville. 'After Sarah Miles' is a one man show beautifully telling the story of fisherman Bobeen who was a young actor in 'Ryan's Daughter'. A masterclass in acting from William Lyons and wonderful direction by Kevin O'Shea makes this a play not to be missed. It's on tomorrow night (Sunday) at 8.15. Great night in Rockys at our wrap for Noises Off. Everyone got a fun gift and a presentation was made to Director Kevin Walshe. A very festive evening with plenty of laughs and a lovely start to the Xmas season. 🎅🎅🎅
Mince pies and tea to mark our last committee meeting for 2017. Looking forward to our wrap party for Noises Off next week and making plans for our festival play Duet for One. We have a busy year in 2018 as we will be celebrating the group's 75th birthday. We thank all our patrons, members and friends for their support throughout the year and look forward to sharing more theatre and fun in 2018. Happy Christmas and a peaceful New Year to all. 🎅🎅🎅🎅
