Well I hope you've all had a fun and enjoyable Christmas and are ready and raring to go for 2018! The gym reopens tomorrow 10-2 and 5-9 with memberships, day passes, 1 to 1 personal training, small group training with your friends and nutritional consultations all available. Members get unlimited use of the gym, free induction, free program AND discounts on personal training, nutritional consultations and my classes. Classes resume next week and I will post the timetable over the next few days. Brochures are available from reception and these also feature the class timetable, opening hours, services etc. I'll also be starting another weight loss package next week. A far more inclusive sport than people realise, powerlifting welcomes people of all shapes and sizes and both genders. Not only does it build strength and physiques but also confidence while providing a great outlet for those who like to set goals and work on projects. The last fit camp before Christmas is on this evening at 7 pm! Strength & conditioning is also on at 8 pm for anyone looking for a gym based class using a combination of basic weight training exercises and cardio exercise. Both require booking so get in touch by 4 pm today if interested.

Finishing up for Christmas on Thursday but there's still time to get some exercise in! Circuits is on tomorrow at 6:30 pm as usual,fit camp is on Wednesday at 7 with strength & conditioning on straight after at 8 pm and circuit training is there to round things off for the year at 8:15 pm on Thursday 😀 All levels of fitness are welcome and you must book in by 4 pm on the day of the class.

The gym is open again this evening and Fit Camp and Strength & Conditioning are on the schedule. Fit Camp is a mix of boxercise, bums n' tums and core while Strength & Conditioning involves basic weight training exercises and cardio circuits. Fit Camp 7 pm 6 euro non members 4 euro members Strength & Conditioning 8 pm (Gym) 8 euro.non members 5 euro members. Both require booking in by 4 pm and are also covered by my Festive Fitness Package.
