Interesting view taken by the Court of Appeal. Damages only reduced by 40% owing to cyclist being in the wrong..... The High Court had initially said the cyclist was 85% to blame.

Just finished an interesting week talking to farming groups in Athlone, Kinnegad and Mullingar about wills, succession and estate planning. It's a subject that people often tend to ignore or put on the long finger, so it was great to see people so engaged and interested in the topic. With inheritance and gift tax rates currently at 33%, a little planning now can be very worthwhile.
