Due to demand we will have a further M. A. P. A.....Management of Actual and Potential Aggression Course on June 23rd. This is proving to be a very popular piece of training and is proving very beneficial for anyone working with Confused, Agitated or Aggressive Clients. This will probably be the last Course until September however if your group is large enough we can deliver this on site.
