At Living for Life, we focus on helping to improve our client’s sense of well being and provide tools to build confidence to face the challenges that life throws at us.
Our practice is located in Mountmellick, Co. Laois and has been established to provide support for individuals, couples and families in Laois and the surrounding areas.
My approach is twofold, I use a Humanistic approach, where the core principle is to respect, value and look at each person as a whole. This ensures that both the physical and emotional aspects of the client are focused on, which respects their ability to make choices, incorporate change and to strive to meet their full potential through healing and growth.
The second approach is integrative. This approach incorporates the ability to use a wide variety of approaches and strategies to aid individuals achieve balance and understanding in difficult circumstances.
