facebook.comHey everyone, Just wanted to say a few words in relation to the Rte expose to be aired tonight regarding horrific care of Children by ONE Dublin Provider. Working with children is beyond a joy. Every day brings something new. It is a job that requires many skills and attributes, however like in every profession there are some rogues and I am delighted they are being outed on RTE tonight at 9.35pm. We at team Kiddiecare are beyond heartbroken for the children and families involved. I believe bad practice is down to the leadership of the setting, the core principles and values of the setting and those that are employed to run it and work there. Our hands are tied in lots of regulatory ways as they should be but NOT in showing COMPASSION,EMPATHY and LOVE ❤. Let us not blame bad practice on the Government or RTE for showing it. Let us be realistic and acknowledge the truth, there are settings where children are not receiving quality play and experiences and ensure that as individuals we work in this area because it is our calling. My fantastic,amazing staff go above and beyond the call of duty when working with children. Each and everyone of them put their heart and soul into ensuring every child is loved and cared for and I burst with pride every day that i work with such amazing people ❤
