At Burke’s Butchers, you the customer are very important to us. We will try and accommodate to the best of our ability your request.
We only use the best quality marinates and sauces in our value added produce. Please ask us about any dietary requirements (e.g. gluten free, etc)
We slaughter all our own beef and lamb in our HACCP Compliant Approved Registered Abattoir on our farm in Castlemaine.
