Personal Training: You will have to comfort of training in a private studio with myself, Laura Smith. This enviroment is perfect for those who may be nervous of training in business gyms in front of others, or simply just prefer a private studio to keep focused, with a trainer pushing you every step of the way.
I have over 12 years experience in the fitness industry, ranging from personal training, gym instruction, spinning classes, weight-loss programs, kettlebell classes, Gym Management, and Nutrition, to name a few.
I will help you achieve your goals, no matter what they are. I do not believe in "faddy" workouts, I train you to get results, not train you for "what's in fashion" at that time (because they usually don't work!). I specialise in weight loss, losing body fat, changing body shape, increasing strength, or if you simply just want to keep fit and maintain it, simply book in today. I will help you get there safely and effectively.
Spinning & Kettlebell Classes:
These are my ultimate passions. I love a good spinning class with super motivating music! All my classes are well-thought out to ensure you get the workout that gives you results. You can take ANY fitness class and make it your own, to suit you. Remember, it's YOUR bike, YOUR resistance, YOUR body. This is why spinning is suitable for all fitness levels, it's just the best!
Kettlebells: Again, if you are looking for a another ultimate workout, my kettlebell classes have been proven to give you results. Again, you can use any kettlebell weight to suit YOU (once it's challenging that is). If you want to change your body shape, increase strength, increase your metabolism, without spending hours in a gym, kettlebells is for you. It works.
