Cuidiu Antenatal Educators are trained to University and NCT standards and work alongside midwifes and mothers to create actvities that educate you about birth and beyond.
Numbers are limited to create a relaxed environment where discussion and questions are encouraged. Classes allow you to meet and bond with a small group of expectant parents, to discuss and plan for labour, birth and parenting.
Cuidiu is the leading provider of antenatal classes across Ireland. Attending these classes allows you to tap into the local and national network of Cuidiu support.
Attending a paid-for class gives you automatic membership of Cuidiu Cork, where you gain access to local peer-to-peer support, a free recycling service of baby-related products, a free library of parenting books you can borrow, Cuidiu swimming and many baby-centred events.
Currently offering a varying formats, such as 1-day and 2-day classes in Midleton tailored towards your needs, covering all aspects of childbirth including discussions, activities, videos and mindfulness.
Free parking in Midleton and located next to many shops and sandwich bars.
