QUANTUM SOUND BATH Is a form of meditation, with healing sounds and energy work. While bringing you on a beautiful journey with healing sounds from the gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, drums, chimes, and shakers we create a safe space for you to connect with yourself, and through that, build stronger and healthier relationship with yourself and others. During Quantum Sound Baths we use different sound healing techniques, visualisations, and meditations, which help our participants let go of worries, struggles, and hardships of daily life. We also teach simple and valuable techniques to cultivate relaxation and peace in everyday life. At the end we share with our guests freshly brewed herbal tea which helps them ground and revitalise. We all have different reference frames. Very interesting fragment about the perception of the sound waves. The same happens during the Quantum Sound Bath. Each person perceives and feels the same sound differently. It's all relative... :)
