Presentation of cheque to Galway Hospice this Saturday night in O'Connors Pub. This is the money raised from The Strictly Come Dancing Night... All Welcome....

Con's Strictly Come Dancing was a great success last night. Thanks to everyone that supported and took part in the dancing competitions. To Domnic and MaryO'connor for the venue. Patricia Murray for all your help and to your sisters Josephine Bond and Angela McGuire for all the sandwiches also Bernie Leonard and Mrs Kenny thanks very much ye fed everyone. To the three judges Fr Neylon, Anna Daly and Mike Murphy ye did a brilliant job and a hard job as the standard was top class well done. To all the sponsors and people who gave donations and spot prizes thanks very much. To MJK Homes and Dominic O Connor Plumbing for sponsoring the beautiful trophies. Last but not least to Mary Kenny for all the hard work put in for the last few weeks in getting in the sponsorship and raising loads of money along with her husband John ye done mighty work thanks a million. It will be a week or two before full total is in and when in will let ye all know the result of the great work done for Galway Hospice. Also the ticket seller's great job done. Now the results.
