Club Ardagh offers preschool and afterschool services in Ardagh, Co. Longford. We promote active learning in a happy, safe and stimulating environment. Club Ardagh offers a Montessori Preschool and Afterschool service.  We promote active learning in a fun, safe and stimulating environment.   We endeavour to provide all children in our care with the opportunity to develop physically, intellectually and socially while incorporating the principles of Siolta & Aistear into our everyday practices and curriculum.

We encourage children to use their imagination and promote freedom of expression in an inclusive environment.  We work in partnership with children's parents and guardians and we welcome their views and contributions to all areas of the service.

We are a community, not for profit childcare service.  We opened our doors in 2009 with the help of 7 local women who came together to apply for financing under the Equal Opportunities Childcare Programme to provide a childcare facility in the village. We are located on the grounds of Ardagh National School in Ardagh Village, County Longford.

Club Ardagh operates under the legislation of Childcare Act 1991 (Early Years Services) Regulation 2016 and we work alongside and in cooperation with TUSLA (The Child & Family Agency), Department of Education, DCYA, HSE, Pobal and Longford County Childcare.
