Hi, I am Ann and I run 3 Unislim classes every Thursday in Newcastle West Morning 6am to 10.30 am Lunch 12.30 pm to 2 pm & Evening 5pm to 7 pm
NEWCASTLE WEST CLASSES: Desmond Complex, Limerick. Classes on every Thursday:
Morning class: 6.30am to 10am
Evening class: 5pm pm - 7.30pm.
SHANNON CLASS: Oakwood Arms, Shannon, Clare. Class every Tuesday morning.
Morning Class: 6.30am - 10am.
CHARLEVILLE CLASS: Charleville Park Hotel, Charleville, Cork. Classes every Tuesday 5 PM to 7 PM
Wednesday Morning Class: 6.30am - 10:00am

But here's your little reminder that come Monday morning, you'll feel much better if you don't go completely overboard.
