Class in Hospital tonight at the normal times of 6.30 kids & 7.30 senior students and black belts. Look forward to seeing everyone in class later .

All classes resume as normal this week with classes for the week kicking off Tuesday in Formula for Fun , Wednesday Delta Sports Dome & Newcastlewest , Thursday in Bruff and Friday Hospital County Limerick . We have grading this month and student Gup Competition also so look forward to seeing everyone back training this week. 2017 is going to be a great year for our students !

Happy New Year to all and thank you so much for all the support we have received this year . I would like to wish all good health , peace and happiness for 2017 .

Discovered this video of 11 year old Michael from Limerick performing Pyung Ahn O Dan . Micheal like many of our other younger students is committed , dedicated, works hard and enjoys what he does and has fun training . Many of our students have achieved fantastic results such as Jade , Gary and Luke at black belt tests lately . Many have achieved great results in competition but sometimes the most satisfying results are the ones that not everybody hears of achieved by our students helped by the added confidence and self belief gained through our classes . For a young person to succeed their parents need to share the same commitment and dedication their kids have to help them succeed to ensure their kids get to training regularly while communicating with instructors when necessary and allowing their kids to enjoy training and not take the fun out of it. It is great to see this family commitment our students and their families continue to exhibit . As we approach the end of 2016 thanks to everybody who has been a part of the club this year both kids and adults and all of their families for the support and commitment and look forward to helping everyone continue to develop and grow through their Tang Soo Do training in 2017.
