ARE YOU IN ? Starting off my April challenge- more FRESH FOODS & MORE VEG - 4 veggie burgers 🍔 Black Bean Burgers: All in to blender - red onion, 1 can ,black beans, drained and rinsed 1 tsp fresh lemon juice 2 tsp dried oregano, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1 tsp dried parsley, 1/2 tsp turmeric 2 cloves garlic, 1 egg, 15g of oats ( optional) - make pattes- into fridge few hours or overnight - Pan fry - dollop of tzatziki- ( yogurt, grated cucumber, grated garlic, lemon juice,and salt mixed ) add other preferred toppings....I had sliced avocado, baby tomatoes, and feta cheese – without the bun. Easter has passed - the bunny has hopped off and we are now in the home stretch to Summer! First things, I want YOU to make sure those little bits of Easter egg wrapped in gold foil, tucked away in presses or the back of the fridge also HOP OFF. You have survived Easter, but these little hidden Bite bombs can detonate at any time you have a moment of weakness, so get rid of them. If they are not in your home, you can’t eat them. These tend to be the ones to do the most damage - all the little bites- All add up ! Get Rid !!! Cath x

Know that losing weight is a long-term goal, and a lifestyle change that will be hard, ( at the start ) but well worth it. There will be days when the scale doesn’t move at all, and even days when it goes the wrong way. But stick with it. You can do this. Because a healthy weight means a healthier you. Better eating habits and physical activity will help you live longer. Plus, you’ll be able to fit into those jeans you love 🙂 You’ll enjoy going clothes shopping. Happy Monday Unislimmers ! We are starting this new month and I want to challenge you to be healthier.💪🏼😍 Being healthy is MORE than exercising or being thin!!!!! Being healthy is feeling good with yourself and the choices you make in every way you can! An important part is what eat…have you ever had a super heavy non healthy meal and then felt bad about it? I’m talking about emotionally and physically....I know I have !!! This week I want to challenge you to Go Tons of fresh foods !!! You had to know this one was coming...LOL! 😉 let’s get “ cracking “ after that Easter bunny 🐰 I’m not trying to convert anyone into being a vegetarian, We could go meatless for 1 day a week. Think loads of veg cooked anyways , loaded salads, soups , protein from eggs, chickpeas, beans etc -veggie burgers! —you’ll feel A LOT better doing so and your digestive system will thank you! You’re going to find yourself feeling lighter and so in control of your health!! Did you indulge a bit too much on Easter too? 🙈 You're not alone! I've made these HEALTHY energy bites to get back on track! 💪🏻 Baked oat bites ( good protein , fats, carbs all in one bake !) * 120g Oats * 1 ripe Banana * 1 tsp Vanilla Extract * 1 Egg * A pinch of Cinnamon * 50g raw cacao nibs or ( dark chips is bites) can add cacao powder and a splash of instant coffee for choc ones * Simply mash your banana until it is nice and gooey and then add the rest of your ingredients. Mix until everything is thoroughly combined. Make the mixture into 18 equal servings and roll into balls. Place on grease proof paper and bake at 175 Degrees for 20 minutes, and voila your yummy chocolate chip bites are ready to enjoy. Delicious.
