The list of ingredients is extensive with the usual apple, orange and carrot along with the more unusual beetroot, kale, yellow pepper & many others.
The benefits are many but primarily our juice detox will cleanse your body by removing toxins & excess waste while replenishing your bodies vitamins & minerals stores.
Your skin will glow, your eyes will be brighter, your immune system is revitalised & you will get a great boost of energy!
We deliver 5 juices per day to you frozen, you just pop them in your freezer and take out the following days juice the night before.
We recommend drinking your juices at 8am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm & 8pm
Start the day with hot water & lemon and continue to drink approx 2-3l of water throughout the day!
