Zumba:
A Zumba® Class is a fun filled, dance party! Our members are from all walks of life, all shapes, sizes and abilities and range from 16 to 86 years of age! The hour long class is filled with different rhythms and routines which are changed after a few weeks. It's an amazing energy and mood booster and you can't help but smile from start to finish. The moves can be extremely effective if executed correctly & you can burn between 400 to 1,000 calories in just one session!
You don't have to be a dancer, just someone that loves music and enjoys life!
