Our 12,000sq ft facility houses some of the best equipment around from stairmasters to olympic platforms and weights as well as functional fitness areas.  "The Body Building" has been completed and is now open for business.

Located in Raheen, Limerick, 'The Body Building' is the ultimate fitness venue, catering for everyone from beginners to top athletes and teams. It consists of great equipment, great staff and a fresh layout with a wide variety of different training methods on offer.

Our large open-plan gym area is guaranteed to impress, and our upstairs studio, which overlooks the gym, is ideal for all types of classes from Circuit Training and Kettle Bells to Yoga and Pilates.

The motivational aspect that 'The Body Building' brings to the Irish fitness industry is second to none. We believe motivation is the key to reaching your fitness goals and we constantly work towards creatling a highly motivational atmosphere for all our members.

Hi Guys 👋🏻 Here’s our new and improved timetable starting January 2nd which features 28 FREE classes for members! We hope that everyone can find a time/class that suits them to try for the new year! Our Ladies KRAVercise ( Tuesdays @19:00) and our Krav Maga Combatives ( Fridays @19:00) Class will not commence until the 15th of January!! Classes in BLUE are run by Team BB and are FREE to members and €5 for non members. Bacon pittas with aaaaaalllll the guacamole this morning! Yes another food post! 2 wholemeal pitta breads 4 smoked rashers Handful of chopped mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Fry the rashers til almost crispy. Add in the mushrooms and tomatoes to soften. For the guacamole use 1 avocado, some chopped cherry tomatoes, pinch of salt and pepper and the juice of a 1/4 of a lime. Mash in a bowl with a fork and mix about. Toast the pittas, spread the guac, bacon, mushroom fold over the pitta, put it in your mouth and be delighted with yourself! 💪 😅 #breakfast #breakfastlover #foodporn #myversionanyway #alltheguac

Morning sessions done now time for breakfast ☺️ smoked salmon and eggs(2 whole, 2 whites) with a sprinkle of green pesto - an unbelievable combination with some avocado toast. A green smoothie then to wash it down - 2 stalks of celery, 1 green apple, 1/2 cucumber, heaped teaspoon of spirulina, but of orange juice and little bit of ginger to kill the spirulina taste 😷 took about 15minutes to make not even a minute and half to eat.... 😑 #breakfast #green #fullofjuicethatfella #ideasforthingstocome
