Quinoa & Kale specialise in salads, dips and spreads, catering primarily to the growing number of people in the Mid-West region who are looking for healthier food options. All of our food is suitable for anyone on a whole food, plant based diet. We operate from the University of Limerick Farmers Market on Tuesdays and from Limerick's Milk Market on Saturdays. In Clare you can find us at Ennis Farmers Market, Roslevin on Fridays and at Killaloe Farmers Market on Sundays.
