The human shoulder girdle is a thing of beauty. Maintain it well and it will serve you well, abuse it and it will cost you dearly in pain and €€€'s. Indian clubs are a safe, effective and fun way to rehab and maintain shoulder health. Beginner class on Thursdays at 7pm in the Body Building gym, Raheen. 👍

I was asked about how to make a gada /mace. The farmers co-op have lots if handles and plastic pots to choose from. Sink a few security screws in, mix a bit of concrete and set the handle straight. Leave dry for 48 hours and tap of the plastic flower pot. Paint her up to taste and go outside and swing. This is a 7kg gada.👍

Big shout out to Dave from Wild Geese Fitness for having me up to co-instruct the first Irish Indian club and Mace workshop and to the fantastic group of swingers (keep it clean Maria) who rocked up and hoisted like champs...much respect!
